Sleep Over Time

Today I have Hannah and Brandon for a sleep over! Let the fun begin!!

The dogs are in their element with the kids around, Gracie is on Cloud nine and Lily is loving the snuggles!

We did playtime, groceries, and lunch!

Right now it's nap time.... For everyone!! Brandon is in his pack and play and out for the count within 5 minutes... Love blinds I can see through on the French door in the mudroom and Hannah is in our bed pinned in place by Lily and Gracie!! The cats are the just starting to come out of hiding and I'm sitting down for some lunch!

Tonight we have swimming and maybe a dip in the "cool" tub as Hannah calls the hot tub.

Tomorrow we have the park, visit M at work so Hannah can drive the tractors!

So bare with me, my blogging tomorrow may not happen!!

I plan to snap a picture of Hannah and the dogs sleeping!!

An update on the missing man I mentioned yesterday.... They found him and unfortunately it was not "the best case scenario". They have yet to identify him, but they are sure it was him since he was found on the arrested guys farm. Soo sad!!

I will be honest these things scare me now! I sent M to go pick up stairs for out pool from a guy on kijiji and the whole time he was gone I was worrying! I felt a sense of relief when he called me on his way home!

Please pray for this family mourning the loss of a father, a husband, a son and soo much more!!

Missing

My weekend was good over all. Friday night was baseball. Their game was here in the village and they won! 22-7!!! It was pouring out every time the other team took the field and pretty much stopped when ours did for the whole game! It was like someone turning a tap on and off!

Saturday I was a bump on a log, but managed o put myself together for dinner and then forgot to take a pic! It was cold out so I wore my brown knee high boots and an oatmeal sweater dress! We chose to eat at Swiss Chalet - we didn't want to drive 30 min to a bigger city for more selection but it was great! It was our first time in the new restaurant! I ended up going to bed with the worst headache though!

Sunday morning the headache was still kicking but luckily it subsided! I had a photo shoot planned with the fire department! The weather was horrible! Rain, SNOW, ice pellets, wind, freezing rain, you get the nasty picture! I got a lot of great photos. It was great to see the guys working together, the team work, and the thoughts behind the action. It made me personally proud to know that these guys have got each others backs! It was reassuring to know that my husband is part of that! That our community has these men to help keep them safe!

I also took a nasty fall this weekend! 30% of my body is bruised! Actually most of my right side! Think black and blue... Luckily it's not swimsuit season or shorts or tank tops... Heck even t-shirts season today. It is cooooold!!!

There is one last thing that I want to mention today! Please be careful when selling or buying things online! A man is currently missing in our area after trying to sell his truck online! He took 2 guys for a test drive and never came home! A week a go today! They arrested a man on Saturday and found his truck in a trailer on Sunday, but still haven't found him or the other suspect!

Please be careful!!!

Please pray for this family! The man is 32 with a wife and 2 year old!!!

It's Friday!!

The day we all long for!!! Nothing too exciting going on this weekend for us! M has live fire training and I was asked to go photograph it!! That is about it!

I have this fantastic product I need to share with you all! Clearly this should be a sponsored post, but its not! It is just my opinion!

This is a Norwex cloth:

My MIL has been telling me about this cloth, bought me one last year and I'm ashamed to say I just now used it yesterday! And I can't help but to wonder the heck I waited!!

This cloth is seriously amazing!!! I just wet half of it with water and left the other half dry. I wiped the window with the wet side first then dried it with the dry side. My windows were crystal clear with no streaks! I always leave streaks! Heck even my husband could use this and he is the worst for leaving streaks!

I love that there was no cleaning products used! Just water! Not even soapy water, just water!!

If you ever get an invite to a Norwex party, be sure to order the window cloth! You won't regret it!!

Well that is all I have got for you today! Have a great weekend!

Dining Room Plans

Now that the kitchen has transformed, with just two more things left to do including the backsplash, and the raised breakfast bar, I am ready to change up something else in the house! I seriously have a problem!

So I am thinking of changing up my accent wall in my dining room. Can't remember how it looks? Let me refresh your memory:

This blue wall... is ready to change! I love the blue and yellow together, but let's face it, it is really hard to decorate with! I have done what I could do with it by making curtains.

I even bought these to tie into the room:

Which I love!! But I am ready for a change in this room!!

What's up for the change?

- no more African animals. The giraffes are moving to the basement storage as well as the pictures!!
- the blue wall. I'm considering grey or grey and white chevron. I love the yellow because it is nice and bright and I'm not willing to paint the whole room! Too much work or the time being!
- I'm considering painting the chairs! I'm not sure though!
- that mirror - paint it white

If I do the chevron I want wide chevrons because I don't want it to be too busy. Here are some examples of what I am thinking:

I feel with doing gray and white it would be neutral enough.

Now I just need to make up my mind!!
